A 200% bump in conversions earned Tilley more than 120% more in monthly revenue

A heritage brand with an impeccable foundation for a life outdoors, Tilley is a Canadian icon. With a shift in ownership and an objective to transition from a wholesale-driven business model to a digital-first one, Tilley sought an agile ecommerce platform and growth strategy that could not only deliver amplified revenue in existing markets but teed the brand up to introduce additional ones, too.

Cue Shopify Plus. Tilley engaged Shopify Plus Agency Partner JC+CO Growth Accelerants because of its unique operating model—a management-consulting-meets-activation partner that is designed around, and compensated on, revenue attainment. Leveraging Shopify Plus Certified Apps like Klaviyo, Okendo, and Gorgias, an infrastructure was designed to improve on-site experience and increase conversion, with also a renewed focus in email and performance marketing channels to launch Tilley into the Australian market.

Following a change in ownership of our company, we tasked JC+CO with a digital-first transformation of our business. Among other things, they recommended and implemented a full site replatform to Shopify Plus. We saw significant revenue impact, and were also able to quickly tap into Shopify’s app ecosystem to improve front-end as well as back-of-house operations.
